Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Nourish AI. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Nourish AI is operated by Cody Holman ("I", "me", or "my"). By using the Nourish AI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not download or use the App.
Nourish AI is a personal health and nutrition tracking application that helps users log food intake, track calorie goals, monitor hydration, and manage fitness-related goals. The App uses artificial intelligence to assist with food logging and provide personalized recommendations.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nourish AI. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with parental or guardian consent.
Nourish AI offers auto-renewing subscription plans:
Subscriptions include a free trial period. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
All billing is handled by Apple. I have no access to your payment information.
Nourish AI is a general wellness tool and is not a medical device. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie recommendations, nutritional information, and fitness suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.
Nourish AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze food descriptions and provide calorie estimates. AI-generated estimates may not be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for verifying nutritional information that is important to your health or medical needs.
I am not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content within the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All health data you enter is stored locally on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App settings.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding within Nourish AI are owned by Cody Holman. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The App may use third-party services including:
Each of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cody Holman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or financial loss.
My total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
I reserve the right to modify the App or these Terms at any time. If I make material changes to these Terms, I will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, including features available under a subscription.
I may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data — you must do that separately through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
Nourish AI is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to App Store usage.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
